Stepping into Christmas, Music Against Child Poverty, Planning, Plotting - My Writing Week

This week I've been looking ahead to Christmas with some wonderful events as follows:

I was featured in the Darlington and Stockton Times as they gave a shout out to my talk at Northallerton library on Monday next week at 1.30pm.  All welcome.

Always a tricky time in the novel writing process. Research is drawing to a close for The Glassmaker's Girl and my thoughts now turn to the story. What will happen and who will be involved? I have no idea yet!

Shetland Library gave me a wonderful shout-out on Facebook.  I'd love to visit!

I crafted another episode of my weekly soap opera Riverside for The People's Friend magazine. I've been writing Riverside weekly since 2016.

I remember my grandma had proggy mats in her house and I also remember her making them, but I was never interested back then in learning how to make my own.
