Ah yes. The garden. The one part of the house you can't take with you. Hopefully it'll be taken up by some green fingered garden lovers who'll carry on your good work... in the meantime, you must begin again. But that can be a joy.
We've got a plant just like one that you have except I've no idea what it is! It's the one that has geranium like leaves and small yellow flowers and it appears to be near/in front of the hydrangea in your pic. Any idea what it is?
