Am I the only person in the world who not only enjoys eating sprouts, but can't get enough of them at this time of year? They're fab, sprouts, and I rate them highly as long as they're not boiled to smithereens and mush.

Me too. My gran always cooked a good sprout and I really miss them at this time of year. I just can't seem to get them right.
I've never had a sprout that wasn't 'boiled to smithereens'.
Between the sprouts and the pomegranates I feel my whole world expanding.
Sprouts are not a vegetarian's vegetable.
They need turkey, stuffing and crispy bacon to take the taste away.
Put them on a pan, drizzle olive oil over them, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast in a hot oven. Delectable.
I just loves them!
I enjoy a good sprout - the only way to eat them is boiled to smithereens with plenty butter and white pepper. They don't half give you wind though. Ooops, 'scuse me!
I love my sprouts and have a very windy christmas.....thing is my hubby hates them and can't bear to see me eating them raw as I peel the outers off ready for cooking, lol. I LOVE any raw veg.....swede is lush too!
