This week I'm making good progress writing the first draft of The Secrets of The Toffee Factory Girls.
I popped into Sunderland Waterstones this week to sign a fresh batch of my Sunderland historical sagas and my Scarborough crazy golf cosy crime. If you're after signed books, they're here!
I was featured in my local paper The Sunderland Echo with details of the book launch in Scarborough for my crazy golf cosy crime Foul Play at the Seaview Hotel. You can read it all here. And I was featured in the My Local News for Apsley and surrounding area in Hertfordshire. I'm giving a talk to help raise funds for Frogmore Paper Mill, devastated by fire. I researched my novel The Paper Mill Girl there and they were so helpful and friendly that I wanted to do something to help fundraising to reopen. You can read it all here.
This Saturday 5 November from 11am I'll be signing books at Ryhope Saint Paul's Church Christmas Fayre. It's always a friendly, wonderful day and I love talking to Ryhope folk about my books. All welcome!
I crafted another episode of my weekly soap opera Riverside for The People's Friend magazine. I've been writing Riverside weekly since 2016 and you can find out all about it here.
