From Coronation Street to Cosy Crime and The First Review is IN - My Writing Week

This week the first review was received of my new cosy crime Deadly Dancing at the Seaview Hotel - and it was a whopping 4 stars from the prestigious crime fiction website Crime Fiction Lover. What an honour! Read the full review here.

Deadly Dancing at the Seaview Hotel also starred in the Crime Readers Newsletter where you can read my article From Coronation Street to Cosy Crime at https://mailchi.mp/2764101c844e/the-cra-newsletter-17364979

My author newsletter for September went out to all my subscribers and contains a new competition and publication news for Deadly Dancing at the Seaview Hotel. You can read it online here.

And don't forget you can enter the competition to win a signed copy of Deadly Dancing at the Seaview Hotel. Enter the competition here.

Meanwhile, great reviews of my first cosy crime - Murder at the Seaview Hotel - continue apace and this one is a cracker. Jackie Watson says: "...a great tale of treachery & skullduggery in Scarborough. Young seamlessly blends themes of grief, friendship, hope & second chances with humour. There’s a real affection for the Yorkshire seaside town." Read the full review here.

I crafted another episode of my weekly soap opera Riverside for The People's Friend magazine. I've been writing Riverside weekly since 2016 and you can find out all about it here.

I also kept the Coronation Street Blog ticking over with news and editing the team of 16 bloggers.
