January in the garden

The last time I was out in the garden taking pictures was December last year. As our first batch of snowdrops shoot up and out of the ground, I thought it worth blogging a picture. You can even see daffodils coming up in the background.

A joyful photo -- ta! There's something very special about the first snowdrops of the year. I've yet to see any down here in Somerset, though there are a few daffodils along the verges where the sun shines.

That's very sweet. I envy you having a garden, Nora.

Roll on Spring and a bit of warmth! It was perishingly cold today.
