Weeks of blurred vision while reading and using the computer lead me, oh so
very reluctantly, to accept I need an eye test. But I haven't booked one yet; it's not a vanity thing of how I might look wearing specs...
...it's because to admit I need glasses means to admit to getting old, and I'm not quite ready for that just yet.

You've actually lasted quite awhile without needing specs. I had mine in my mid 30s and now i'm fighting against the "bifocal" need all the way. I've got a separate pair of reading glasses lol
The bottom picture is me in 10 years time. I'm going to bite the bullet and have an eye test this week. Sigh.
