To the theatre for the second time this week for another theatrical treat. This time it was to see Alan Ayckbourn's Woman in Mind.
Billed as a comedy it's more of a bizarre romp through a woman's mind after she's been hit on the head by a garden rake. In turns unsettling, funny and very dramatic, the acting was superb and I loved it to bits.
There's another theatre trip out next week too. It's costing a bleeding fortune with all these trips out and pre-theatre dinners too, but while there's so much good stuff on, it's great to see it all.
'Such a good writer. She's fantastic!' Woman's Hour, BBC Radio 4
